Information on the new structure now available for Members
An important output of the recent meeting of joint NGI network organisations was the preparation of a concise information document for members to consider regarding a single new entity.
The document, which has been prepared in consultation with the SCAC and the Joint Network is now available for consideration HERE.
A panel session regarding the Structure Review will be hosted during the 2018 Nursery & Garden Industry National Conference in Hobart in February. The session, which will be held on Tuesday 20 February at 4.10pm will feature Structural Change Advisory Committee Members and other guest speakers.
Following a short presentation, the panel will seek to answer questions from the audience on aspects of the proposed transition to a single entity.
"This is a very important time for the Nursery & Garden Industry. I encourage all members to participate in this process by asking questions and participating in discussion, because the changes are proposed to delivery better value to you," said Karen Brock, NGIA President and SCAC Member.
"Attending the Conference will ensure you get that information directly from the Committee. We have invested an immense amount of consideration for all aspects of this proposed new structure and can provide you with reasons and answers for the single entity which is proposed."
If you are unable to attend the Conference but have questions, please direct questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. These questions will be collated and responded to during the conference and summary will be circulated in due course.
